You Select An Option

v Option 1: To generate a totally new, unique design ~Design & Build~ (See:  "Design & Build")
v Option 2: Select a plan from our plan file, including homes already built or plans in the design process.
v Option 3: Modify a completed plan- one of ours or some other plan source.
v Option 4: We build the plan you have had drawn.

~Plan Observation~

v Plans vary widely in terms of accuracy, dimensioning detail, completeness of specifications, adequacy of notes, schedules, cross sections, elevations, etc.  We have had clients present us with as few as 8 pages or as many as 80.  Complexity and size come into play, but sometimes the plan is just incomplete.

v Conclusion: We suggest that our involvement as your builder with a talented architecture and engineering team will produce the best plans at a very competitive price.
