I would just like to thank you and your team for building my family's dream home, The home you built for us exceeded all of my expectations and I am still in amazement at the quality of your workmanship. I would have no reservations in recommending you to any person I know and have in fact recommended to my own mother and father to contact you for a new home that they are contemplating building.
I'm not sure if I shared this with you or not; but I was a former real estate construction loan officer for Zions Bank and was involved in dozens of home construction projects. I was always amazed by the friction that was continually coming between the buyer and the builder due to the buyer not getting what they had bargained for in the various stages of the construction. This became so common that I was certain this was just the way it was in this industry and that integrity among the builders was difficult to find.
I was so pleased at the professional manner in which you run your company in addition to all of the sub-contractors you utilize. I sensed a great sense of loyalty from all of the people who worked on my home and everyone I talked to loved working for/with you. There was always a resounding "these people know what they are doing and are perfectionists at every level" that became evident throughout the process and I was amazed at the speed in which your sub contractors responded to the various issues which arrived as they always do during the construction of new homes.

Dear Cameo Homes INC,
I am happy to write this letter of recommendation. My family and I moved into our new cameo home on April 10th. WE started looking a Cameo Homes in February. We were living in temporary housing which we needed to be out of by April 10th. When we found our home it was several months from being completed, but Cameo Homes understood our needs and promised us that they would complete our home by April 10th. Cameo homes did complete our home by April 10th with the level of quality promised.
My brother in law is a custom home builder and he walked though several homes that we were looking at. As we walked though these homes he would point out his concerns. When he walked through our Cameo Home he was very impressed with the quality and the uniqueness.
Cameo Homes have been quick to respond to any concerns we have had with different issues as they have come up. They have either fixed the problem or had their sub contractors fix them in a timely manner.
My family and I love our new Cameo Home and we would recommend them.

We love our new home. It is absolutely beautiful! Thanks for making our home buying/building experience such a pleasure. From the day we put down the deposit to the day we closed, the process was almost flawless.
We shopped extensively before choosing Cameo Homes. We chose you because the quality and style of your finished homes fit us perfectly. Throughout construction, we got continual confirmation that we had made the right choice. Your sub-contractors were professional and well mannered. Brandon did a great job of keeping the work rolling and the house was completed precisely to our timetable. And, completed to our satisfaction…There were no loose ends and virtually no callbacks.
As you know this is our first move in 21 years and we had been warned about the stress of building a new home. We honestly felt no stress because your company obviously has the infrastructure, expertise, and resources to build a great, custom home.

I wanted to say thank you for making our home building such a positive experience. We are so happy with the home you created for us.
The process was very pleasing from beginning to end. When we brought you our plans, you listened and asked questions to determine really what we wanted. You also helped us to understand, up front, what it was going to cost to do it right. You were the only builder we spoke to who was willing to give us a fixed price bid and guarantee what it was going to cost. When costs overran, such as building our road, you handled it professionally and pleasantly. You didn't cut on quality.
We were so pleased with your subcontractors and the quality of their work. If needed we would use them again. In only two instances we had problems with a subcontractor, and that was the two times we used our own! But you also allowed us to use outside contractors and did your best to work with them. Thank you.
You shared so many ideas and materials with us, which helped us achieve the look we were after. Thanks for allowing us to see and copy items from your other homes. They were so beautiful. I joked with Arlene that we needed to stop visiting your spec homes as they will just make us feel bad that we couldn't go back and use your new ideas. Each home improves on the last and impresses again and again. Our home increased in equity by over $150,000 before we had even moved in.
Chris because a friend in this whole process and when it was finally over, it was hard to say goodbye. We wish you the very best and wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend you to anyone. Thanks for everything. We feel so blessed to have this new home and to have had this experience with you.

Sumita and I wanted to take the opportunity to communicate our thoughts on the new house we purchased from you in June, 2003.
A year ago when we began looking for a house in t his area, we knew we wanted something unique and of high quality. The Cameo house we saw that was in the process of being finished fit the bill. Since we moved in we have been able to better appreciate the thought and effort that was put into building our home. The high quality of construction and attention to detail was carried through in the finishing of the basement in accordance with our needs. We were impressed enough to make the commitment to purchase the house.
What followed since then has exceeded our expectations. Not only did we get a house precisely as we were promised and on time, in addition we received outstanding service after the house was built and after we moved into the home. Simply stated, the service provided by Chris Quinton and his team has been outstanding. During the past year any significant or minor issues have been addressed by Chris in a very responsive manner and to our complete satisfaction.
In summary, we have a home that we not only enjoy inside and out (the landscaping has received high praise!), but one that constantly gets compliments from friends and passersby. One of the most frequent questions asked is, 'how is your builder regarding after sale service?' This we have been able to answer truthfully with one work, 'super'!! Thank you, Chris and Cameo Homes!

On July 30, 2004 we purchased our home on South Mountain in Draper Utah from Cameo Homes Inc. Cameo Homes initially impressed us with the design and quality of construction, attention to detail, and high level of craftsmanship evident in Cameo home construction. Plus the spectacular view of the entire Salt Lake valley from the home we purchased was an added bonus.
Having entered into retirement and after selling our house in San Diego, we were looking for our dream home. We can truly say Cameo Homes built our dream home. The overall European style makes our home stand out from the run-of-the-mill traditional house, built with too many bedrooms and basic "block" styling. The "faux-painting" in the great room and entry, the stair railings, the knotty alder wood accents and window frames, and the French style kitchen with granite counter tops, make our new home first class. Even the laundry room is built with flair and good taste. Every room in interesting and comfortable with quality touches, making our home feel very luxurious.
The sub contractors used by Cameo Homes in construction of our home were highly skilled and competent. The materials used in construction were always top quality. And the few minor problems found after our occupancy were taken care of quickly and professionally by Cameo Homes and the sub contractors. As you know, we were so pleased with the home, we asked you to finish the lower level after we moved in. Now we have a three level home just perfect for our lifestyle.
Our friends and family are always complimenting us on our beautiful home. Thank you for providing our dream home; and a special thanks to Ryan Quinton and Brandon Quinton for helping us to realize our goal. We would like to thank you so much for our Cameo Home. We remember the very first time we met Noel out at one of your model homes and felt we could trust him right away. This was extremely important to us having moved in from another state without prior knowledge of any builders in the area. We had been looking for a home for months and had already met or spoken with over a dozen or more builders. We were immediately impressed with the quality and unique extra features that you try to put in each of your homes to make each one an individual and special place for the families that will own them. During the stages of construction, Noel introduced us to Ryan who would be overseeing all the details of construction with us. Words can not describe what a pleasure he has been to work with! He returned every phone call promptly and kindly, sometimes within minutes.
We must say that what we have appreciated the most is that after we moved into our home, you have stood by your word to help us with any issues that might occur when a new home is built. We have moved quite a bit and this is our sixth new home…and we have not seen one yet that has been problem free. That is the reality of building in that even something minor can be over-looked or requires some additional attention. The difference between our homes has always been in the builders and their willingness to correct these issues expeditiously. Ryan has successfully applied the old Post Office slogan, "Come Rain or Snow or Sleet or Hail"… he'll come through. He has helped us address every issue so that even the Post Office would pale in comparison to his efforts. He and Brandon have never let us down. There are very few builders that could be said about, but we have said it without hesitation to anyone that has asked us.
We remember when we asked why Cameo didn't advertise; the reply was that you rely on "word of mouth" for your advertisement and reputation.
