Dear Cameo Homes-Park City Resort Builders,
We want to thank you so much for the beautiful remodel of our home. You were on time and in our budget. It is almost new in and out. We feel as though we moved to a new home-almost everything is new and exciting. Your changes on the outside caused us to think, is this really what we were living in before? It is so different and so much more interesting from the street. We were expecting the changes to the front of our home to cost a lot more than what we ended up spending.
The new kitchen is just thrilling and done so fast. The neighbors can't believe how fancy our new kitchen feels. Your help on the tiles, countertops and cabinets was invaluable. We could never have done that on our own. The bathrooms also turned out great!
The neighbors were amazed at how fast the work was done. One neighbor could not believe what a great deal we got for the level of work completed.
Thanks for a well done remodel of our home and a great experience. Your team of people were extremely talented to work with.

The craftsmanship and redesign in this remodeled home has elevated it to the level of the first home we bought from you. It has amazed us that you were able to conceptualize and get this done in so short a time frame and all while we were living in the home. Your subcontractors are the greatest. I think you worked on every room in the house.
The yard, or should I say the park with the stream, pergola, bridge, fire pit, garden and children's play area is a dream come true. With our vague idea, you caught the vision and created an incredible yard in a short time frame and at a time when the neighbors couldn't get people to perform on their huge acreage.
We trusted you again and you came through again-both Kaye and I value our relationship with you and your company!

Dear Noel and Ryan,
This letter is to express our gratitude for the professional and timely manner in which you completed our home remodel project this year. We can't thank you enough for making this messy and difficult project such a pleasant experience. From the day Noel looked up into the kitchen ceiling and stated that this was "child's play" everything went off like clockwork. Your efforts in coordinating all the various subcontractors was truly skillful. Also, the subcontractors that you used were not only master craftsmen, but also timely and reasonable. In addition to being excellent at what they did, they were very pleasant and enjoyable people to work with.
We also want to thank you for the new ideas that you provided that have made the end result so much better. An example is the wood flooring in the kitchen and eating area. This turned out so much more beautiful than if we would gave kept the old floor in the kitchen and carpeting in the eating area. The new wood flooring opened up the area and gives a much warmer feeling to the room.
As you know, after the project started, our kitchen and master bath remodel expanded in to the family room, two other bathrooms, the mudroom, and the laundry room. In addition, the wood flooring in the kitchen was a last minute change. Still you completed everything in less than sex weeks. Our next door neighbor just remodeled his kitchen and it took his contractor three months from star to finish - with some pieces extending beyond that. We lived in the house during the remodel so your efficiency was truly appreciated.
Don't ever hesitate to use us as a reference because we will sing your praises to the sky.
